ABOUT US
LivingLab MDnet is an international Atelier, a socio-cultural workshop of co-design and co-creation in which the Mediterranean Diet, recognized by UNESCO in 2010 as an intangible heritage of humanity, with its values ​​defines the contours of places and actions that are intertwined in a transversal manner, thus outlining a way of being, a now essential way of belonging to the earth and to oneself.
MD.NET PROJECT
The MD.net project challenges the problems of the currently neglected and underdeveloped opportunities of the Mediterranean Diet with the aim of strengthening the exploration of the Mediterranean Diet according to the UNESCO Med Diet Convention, merging complete concepts of the Mediterranean Diet with innovative tools. The project uses both traditional and creative measures (such as the sharing economy) by initiating stakeholder cooperation in a quadruple helix in order to bring the MD economy to new levels of quality.
MED DIET DECLARATION
The Med Diet Declaration aims to give greater visibility and meaning to the Mediterranean Diet as a factor of sustainability common to many economic and social sectors, such as agriculture, food production, health, culture, sport, education, tourism. , rural development.
WHAT WE DO
We define new possible scenarios of integration between innovation, research, good practices and economic and social development in a permanent laboratory focused on the emblematic communities of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park and Campania. Operating in the field, we move in constant interconnection with the actors of the territory and beyond, in order to create added value through actions in the social, cultural, tourism and agri-food sectors that are socially useful and responsible, ecologically innovative and financially sustainable.

Our Association is the creator and promoter of the MESA action program - Med_diet EcoSystems Atelier ©, a widespread laboratory of innovation and integration of the high potential values ​​of the Mediterranean Diet, divided into four areas:
